We are two friendly, professional 32 year old females looking for two people to join our house share in this incredible, spacious Tilehurst house.

There are two double bedrooms available in this stunning house in Tilehurst with good access to central Reading costing around £700-£750 per month including bills. Both rooms have built in wardrobes, are available either furnished or unfurnished and share a bathroom.

The house has a huge entrance hallway, massive kitchen diner, separate dining room (with piano), large lounge, downstairs study, downstairs WC and a spacious upstairs landing with idyllic views over farmland. The property also benefits from washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, double garage plus further off-road parking for 4 cars. There is plenty of storage space/room for furniture in the house. Bills include council tax, utilities, TV licence, broadband and weekly cleaner.

The house itself is a 15-20 minute walk to Tilehurst train station and a further 4 minutes into Reading main station by train, with a season ticket costing £46 per month or £480 per year. There are also good bus links into Reading centre, or it is around a 10-15 minute drive into town.

The housemates are friendly and sociable, preferring to live with likeminded people who would enjoy cooking/eating/drinking/watchi ng TV together, whilst also respectful of each other’s space and need for time alone. We both enjoy staying active and creative crafts like sewing.
