Double Bedroom in a great house outside Twyford

I'm moving out of my current house halfway through my tenancy and am looking for someone to take my room.

It's a fairly large double room, un-furnished, but comes with a wardrobe. The house itself is really well looked after, with a great living room, a nice garden with decking (great for barbecues!) and a decent kitchen. There's also a drive at the front for parking.

The location's pretty good, as it puts you in easy driving distance of Reading, Maidenhead, Henley, Wokingham and Bracknell, but is only a few minutes away from really nice countryside, with the Thames a ten minute walk away. Also, Twyford station is only a 15-20 minute walk, with trains to and from London running regularly.

My two housemates are really lovely young professionals, both in their mid-twenties, who work up the road in Henley. Really friendly and easy-going, and clean and tidy to boot.

I'm looking to move around the beginning of July, so availability around then would be perfect. Give me a ring if you're interested.

The rent I've put up includes all bills. Actual rent for the room is £430/month. Bills include water, gas, electric, council tax, and virgin tv and fibre-optic broadband.
