We have a spare room in our spacious 4 bedroom house in the lovely area of Warfield. The current household consists of a couple and another male all between the ages of 24 to 27.
The room available currently has a double bed in it but this may want to be replaced. There is also a chest of draws and a wardrobe.
We live less than a minutes walk from Tesco's and around 5 minutes drive from numerous train stations.
All bills are included with the rent. This includes fast broadband and Virgin TV.
