I am a friendly, sociable landlady looking for a lodger to share this beautiful Victorian house. A choice of double room - would suit single like-minded professionals who will keep the house in good condition.

Close to Windsor town centre and the Long Walk/Windsor Great Park, with easy access to M4, M3, M25, Ascot, Reading and London.

We have 1 double room available for £575 comes furnished with single wardrobe, 2 bedside tables drawers and double bed. Includes extra storage in the next/spare room (wardrobe and drawers) if required.

All rooms are finished to a lovely standard - fresh and clean. There are 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and shower, the other with large stand-in shower).

The kitchen is very large and comfortable with a range gas cooker, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Plenty of cupboard storage for own food.

Garden is nice and bright in summer with a wooden patio deck and lawned area. It has garden table, chairs, parasol and small barbeque.

Rent includes weekly or fortnightly room clean.

Most bills included with a £50 additional contribution required towards bills per month.

Off street parking is available (no resident permits needed).

The house has been up for sale for a long while but has not sold, so the rooms are now re-available for lodgers and we have a lodgers agreement to protect both lodger and landlady.
