I have a large furnished double ensuite room available to rent in a modern, two double bedroom second floor flat.

I own the flat but I do not live there. One of the tenants is moving out very shorly and the other tenant will continue to live there.

The flat is well presented and is clean and tidy. The living area has wooden floors. Both bedrooms are carpeted and the advertised room is a good size double ensuite with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are two bathrooms.

Bills are not included in the rent.

There is secure parking. Electric gate entry. There is one designated parking space and plenty of visitor parking and always spaces available.

The flat looks out across Windsor with views of the castle from the bedrooms and the living room and to the side there are allotments. It's well set back from the road.

It's a 10 minute walk to town and a five minute walk from Windsor Leisure Centre which has a gym and swimming pool. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Windsor and Eton Central train station which takes you to Paddington (approx 30 minutes) and a 20-25 minute walk to Windsor and Eton Riverside station (to Waterloo in about an hour). Easy access for M4 and Heathrow (15-20 minute drive). It takes about 40 minutes to drive in to Central London.

Ideally looking for someone who is a friendly, clean, tidy, professional, non-smoking with no pets.

The deposit is required in advance and suitable reference checks must be provided.

The room is available immediately.
