We are James and Emma a young professional couple. Our current housemate is regrettably moving to have her first child, so our spare room is available. The flat itself is stunning, it’s situated in the much sought-after Littleacre development off St Leonard’s Road. The building comprises of 14 luxury flats with views to the Castle and Great Park, being on the top floor we have a slightly larger plot and obviously the best views! The flat itself comprises of two double bedrooms, (each with their own private bathroom) and a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area – great for entertaining! The building is only a few years old and has been finished to the absolute highest standard. We also like to live well so the furniture and appliances match the quality of the outside. N. B. Some of the furniture in the pictures is the previous landlords we have maintained a similar standard throughout. Your room is a good sized double with vaulted ceilings, a bed and walk in wardrobe are already present, there is also a black-out blind, really handy! Your bathroom comprises of his and hers sinks, bath and shower over the bath, also ample storage space.

We would prefer a female house mate and would like somebody who is clean, tidy and will take care of the place. Having said this we do like a good time too – and cooking/eating good food/drinking good wine are high on our list of priorities! So someone who can be social too would be great! We also love the outdoors and get out walking/cycling in the park as much as we can.
