New Flat in Windsor

Housemate wanted for a lovely new flat (Shanley Homes Build) in Windsor. 5 minutes from the town centre, 2 minutes from the M4. 2 bedroom flat, shared living room and kitchen, you will have your own bathroom to yourself, I have an on suite so the main bathroom could be solely for your use. The flat is just over 2 years old and is immaculate, the bedroom is a double and has built in mirrored wardrobes. The flat comes fully furnished including double bed and small set of draws in the bedroom. The living room and kitchen is open planned and has all the mod cons, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a sofa, dining table and chairs. The flat has everything in place and ready to go, so you wouldn't need to purchase any big items.
I work Monday to Friday office hours, and sometimes travel abroad for work. I have a son who is 7 who usually stays over every other weekend, this wouldn't have any effect on the person living here.
I work hard and like to enjoy my time off, I like evenings having sociable drinks and watching sport when time allows.
Looking for a down to earth person male or female who also likes to enjoy life.
