We are looking for someone to join this multi let on 30 March 2015. The current tenant is moving with work after being here for over a year. Great stable group of people (24-35) in various professions - lovely, sociable, respectful, interesting, regular group.

The large bedroom (ROOM NO. 1 on FLOOR PLAN) has double bed, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers/dressing table, bedside table. Large en suite shower room (FLOOR PLAN ROOM 15) with power shower, WC & basin.

Shared living room / conservatory looking onto the garden. This is a great spacious house ! Check out the floor plan!

Also very large kitchen/ diner / living space with plenty of cupboard space, 2 fridge/freezers, tables and chairs, - fabulous living space great for socialising. BT fastest internet & TV - good and fast. 32" flat screen.

Cleaner & gardener (during the spring/summer) provided 2x per month.

15 minutes walk into Windsor town centre, 5 minutes to hospital, 4 minutes walk to great local pub, The Alma. Plenty of off street parking (for 4 cars min) and near to bus routes

The room includes internet, BT Vision TV, communal TV licence, cleaner, gardener. Cleaning products to be used in the property are paid for by the occupiers.

Water, electric and gas are included to a generous limit so that care is taken when using them and you don't have the heating up and the windows open because it is too hot !!!
