Central Windsor Double Bed All Bills Included

2 rooms for the price of 1! I have two small double rooms and think it is fairest to offer them in a 'bundle' package for £700 per month including bills.
The first room has a double bed and side table and room for a bookcase or small chest of drawers. The second room has a desk and chair and could be used as study/dressing room/gaming room - it's completely up to you.

There is just me in the flat and we would share the sitting/dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

There is an off-road parking space available.

The flat has broadband and Sky and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it and toilet is separate to bathroom.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Windsor town centre and plenty of restaurants/bars/shops.
It is 7 minutes walk from Windsor & Eton Central train station so ideal for commuting to Slough (I do!). Windsor & Eton Riverside station is about 11-15 minutes walk. Windsor Leisure Centre is really nearby and it has a swimming pool and gym. There are public tennis courts (free to use) less than 10 minutes walk away. There is a medium size co-op that is 1 minute away from the flat so very convenient.

The flat is actually available to rent now but I am fine to wait until the 1st May for the 'right' flatmate :)

I am looking for a friendly professional who is tidy and clean. I am a 25 year old female and I work full time.

The letting agents have told me that any new tenant needs to be employed, have 2 years of references and no county court judgements.
