Double room in beautiful town centre home

Hello there

I am a young professional currently living in this large beautiful house on Windsor high street above Hotel Chocolat, looking for one last housemate to complete our home and move into the remaining bedroom (large double, able to accommodate king sized bed). The flat does not have designated parking but a free residents permit is available to park on the street. I have furnished the communal areas, but prospective housemates would need their own bedroom furniture and if you have stuff to add to communal areas too that's great :) .

Hayley will also be moving in at the same time as the other new housemate, she's new to Windsor having previously lived in Leeds. She is 21, works in graduate finance and is very friendly and social. Hayley will also be happy to come back down to London to meet perspective new tenants.

I work in Windsor at Centrica, in my free time I like playing netball, getting crafty (painting, baking, sewing sessions…), hitting the gym and seeing friends.

We are looking for fun, friendly people who would also see the property as a *home*, as we are very clean and tidy so similar living habits is essential.
It'd be nice to have some chilled housemates/new friends to hang out and watch TV and movies with, and enjoy a few cheeky glasses of vino with at the weekend.

We'd prefer to live with another lady, but would also be happy to share with a male (conditional on putting the seat down of course!)

Whilst the moving in date is 19th August, (could be sooner) I need to secure tenants by 13th July (due to the notice period), hence any prospective housemates would need to be available to discuss further within the next week or so. The deposit is £600, there are also the agents fees (c. £200). Please do not hesitate to give me a ring for more information.
