Short term double room - Windsor

I have a double room to rent in my 2 bed maisonette. The room is a decent size and is furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, small desk and a double hanging rail.

My home is located in the Clewer area of Windsor which is a 10 minute drive to Windsor town centre. There are regular buses into town, with a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the flat. Nearby, there are also a number of shops, pubs and various takeaways. The closest supermarket is a large Tesco 5 minutes drive away.

I'm on the first floor but there is direct access to the flat from the ground floor. I have one neighbour below me so there's no noise from above and only one side of the flat is joined to another flat. All the neighbours are quiet, friendly people.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances; dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge freezer, and plenty of cupboard space. In the living room I've got a 32" flatscreen TV with freeview, Sky movies and Netflix and a comfy corner sofa. There's one bathroom with a shower and bath and plenty of storage space. I also have a small private garden with lockable shed, chiminea and a few chairs.

Living here would suit a tidy, sociable person who enjoys watching a bit of telly or the odd movie after work (Game of Thrones, New Girl, Homeland, Grey's Anatomy). Sometimes, I have friends round in the evening for dinner or a movie and I'm happy if you want to get involved but if you prefer to keep to yourself, that's fine too. A cat lover would be a bonus as I've got a very affectionate cat called Dizzy. He's free to go outside so he's not in the house all the time. I work Monday to Friday and I'm usually out of the house by 8am. Occasionally, I go out in the evening with work or friends so sometimes you'll have the place to yourself.

There's one parking space directly outside of the house and several spaces opposite the flat visible from your bedroom so if you have a car parking isn't a problem and all parking in the area is free. I live in a cul de sac so traffic is never an issue.

All bills included except phone calls from the landline.

I'm ideally looking for a short term let between 1 and 6 months.
