Lovely double room for rent in modern-esque home inclusive of all bills.
You'll be sharing with 2 gay men, married with 3 additional tenants which are the cats!
We are easy going, fun, outgoing, well-traveled with no drama in our lives so you'll be living in a relaxed and tranquil environment :-)
In terms of a flatmate, we are looking for someone equally fun, outgoing and easygoing, who likes a glass of wine and a bit of socialisation, as you'll be sharing our home, not just renting the room.
The room overlooks the garden and comes fully furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Superfast wiFi is also available at maximum strength throughout the property.
Of course full use of all facilities such as washing machine etc. goes without saying!
