Lovely double room available in central Windsor

We have a large flat on Park Street; Windsor with a large double room available from at the start of January. Including bills the total monthly rent is £650 (rent £550, bills ~£100), which is a bit of a steal for the size and location.

Park Street is right in the center of Windsor, has excellent view of the castle and leads to the entrance of the Long Walk; great for walks in the great park or going for a run. The flat itself, is the top two floors of a town house and comes with generous living areas, two bathrooms and ample storage. The bedroom available is a large unfurnished double room, with views of the Long Walk.

We are two males (both gay), friendly, are often around and get on well; we enjoy eating, watching tv/films together, going out from time to time (we aren't party animals by any means!) but enjoy eating out, bars/pubs, etc.

We would love to find a new flatmate that enjoys spending time at the flat (rather than it just being a place to sleep) is pretty clean and tidy, doesn't smoke, and is willing to have some fun with us as a flat!

We both work fairly locally and tend to be around weeknight, though are sometime away at weekends (not too often).

On street parking is available and can be obtained by applying for a park permit (free of charge) from the council.
