Lovely double room to rent in Windsor

We have a lovely large double room to rent in Windsor that has windows to the front AND rear for the property so it is very bright and airy.

The house was fully refurbished two years ago and is in excellent condition. The garden is HUGE, there is off-street parking and a garage for storing your stuff. We have 2 shared bathrooms with showers, a utility room and spare small bedroom, kitchen/diner and a lovely cosy living room.

Sociable and friendly household. Male tenant works for a charity and female is a gym instructor. This is not a party house but we enjoy having friends and family over for BBQ's and catch-up's every few weeks.

We are looking for a professional with a stable job who wants to stay here for medium to long term, who will take care of the house and build a good relationship with other housemates and the owner. We enjoy a good relationship with the landlady who is reasonable and takes good care of the house. This is a great opportunity to 'get your foot in door' of this beautiful and problem free house.

The rent includes council tax, water and garden maintenance but electricity/gas and internet are not- this is about another £50 per month.

The room is available from the 2 September. However, we will be willing to wait for up to 4 weeks for the right flatmate. Minimum stay is between 6 and 12 months, if you decide to move before 12 months you will be responsible for finding your replacement.
