Spacious double bedroom in Windsor flat

I'm moving out of my flat in Windsor and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Move in date is can be earlier/later.

It's a spacious two bedroom flat, with large living room, garden, allocated parking and a garage. It's in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the Windsor great park and 20 minute walk to the town centre/train stations.

The room for rent is unfurnished, however I have a bed, a chest of drawers and desk that I would be willing to sell. In the living room, there are sofas, a dinner table and chairs and TV, which are owned by my housemate. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and bath.

Bills are not included as part of the rent. There is a cleaner that comes once a week and costs ££10 each per week.

You would be sharing with my lovely housemate Felicity, who is a secondary school teacher in the area. Felicity is sociable and enjoys going into London but she also likes her own space.

Our landlady is very friendly (this is her only rental property) and the flat is also under managed services.

As you would be taking over my contract there is an agency fee of £240 to put your name on the contract and also for references.

I have now vacated the property, so the room is available at any time.
