Perfect for someone leading a busy work life who wants privacy and their own very clean, spacious space without hassle - cleaning, bed linen and towels, bills, even basic provisions included. And unlike Airbnb, you can leave 'stuff' in room from week to week.

Not suitable for someone who wants a social life with housemates.

The house is situated close to Windsor Great Park and the Long Walk and 10 - 15 minutes walk from the town centre and stations..

Double bed, all usual storage, TV, wi-fi, desk, armchair, fitted wardrobe, small silent fridge (addition space and freezer in kitchen), kettle, iron + board - in light and airy 'studio' with double aspect. All bills included. Room cleaned and clean bed linen and towels provided every two weeks. Basic provisions included .... tea, coffee, bread, butter, condiments, washing powder, loo rolls etc! Next best thing to a serviced apartment!

This is a 'lodger' style arrangement, not a houseshare . Single person occupancy only. Light use of kitchen, freezer space, dining facility but not sitting room.

Street parking with 10am - 2pm restriction (nearby street no restriction)

Easy access to M4, M3 and trains to Waterloo or Paddington. Plus slow but 'door to door' 703 / 702 bus to Ascot, Bracknell or Slough, Hammersmith, Ken High St, Knightsbridge, Victoria plus buses to LHR.

Passport ID required plus reference.
