Double Room situated in Winkfield

Large modern double room available for rental in a good sized apartment in Winkfield, Windsor just past Legoland towards Ascot. Windsor Great Park is a short distance away.

I am close to Ascot racecourse, Legoland and Windsor town. Ascot train station is a few minutes drive away, and the Windsor train stations are a 10 minute drive.

There are 2 lovely pubs in our road. Both are quiet, restaurant type places, and the food is fantastic in both of them.

The bedroom is quite big enough to have your own TV and furnished with wardrobe, drawers and new double bed.

You will have exclusive use of own toilet and showers which is a couple of steps from your room.

All mod cons in the the kitchen to use.

Apartment is in small block situated on a paddock and very quiet. You will your own car park space and for visitors.

All bills are included except the telephone, so you will need to use your mobile phone or internet. Broadband is also included.

Food is not included, but you will have your own area in the fridge and freezer and cupboard space for your own supplies.

I am looking for a professional lady who requires a comfortable space they can relax in and call home. Monday to Friday ideally but will consider weekends or occasional weekends.

I am quite laid back about things, but you will have to be clean own room tidy and respect the other parts of house if using lounge (with Sky TV) and kitchen.
