We have a single room available in our house in Winnersh. House is located in a quiet close, within walking distance (5 min) to Sainsbury's and Winnersh train station and bus routes into Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell - easy access to Reading/London.
Landlords are a couple (husband and wife and daughter. We also have a cat and 2 dogs. on street parking is also available next to the property . We provide you with a seperate fridge for your own use and a section in the freezer to use.
This room is only available until mid May 2014. It will also be serviced once a week.
Rent is £100. 00 per week up front and includes all bills/taxes and cleaning.
available Monday to Friday only.
