I am looking for a respectful professional person, male or female, preferably for a 1 year tenancy, but would definitely accept a shorter period for the right person. You will be sharing with my son (28) and me (50), plus another friend (25). We are all clean, tidy and easy going and are looking for similar.

The rent of £500 will cover all bills, including council tax, utilities, broadband and Sky. There will be a small extra cost if we decide a cleaner is needed, but my intention is to keep the cleaning "in-house". The price for couples will be discussed on application.
