I have a large, double bedroom with a double bed with sole use of the bathroom available SUN/MON -FRI. YOU CAN RETURN ON SUNDAY AFTER 8 p m. at NO EXTRA COST. The security deposit acts as a retainer and can be used as the last month's rent subject to the terms in the tenancy agreement. You simply go on Friday morning, & leave all your belongings in the room and return either Sunday after 8.00 p, m. or Monday evening YOUR CHOICE.
With all my professional lodgers It is imperative that they have hot showers and we try to ensure that the house is quiet between 11.00 p. m. and 7.00 a. m. to ensure that they will get a good night's sleep. Clean bedding is provided weekly. However, it is preferred that the lodgers provide their own towels and toiletries.
These are ideal for those working or studying in the area but needing to return to families at weekends. it is a quiet safe area. There is no staying over the weekend. There is off road parking. The house is suitable for anyone who works shifts, nights, or studies The person should be tidy, honest, responsible & reliable.
