We have a single room and double room available for short stay till 18th of Sept or longer (depending on the sale process of our house) in Wokingham without area. These rooms would be suitable for professionals on a full time bases or Mon-Fri.

It is situated in a quiet wooded location in Heathlands Court set back from the road near the junction of Heathlands Road and Nine Mile Ride (B3430). Convenient for both the M4 and M3 and easy access to Heathrow and Gatwick. It is 10 mins to Bracknell, 15 mins to Thames Valley Park in Reading and 5 mins to Crowthorne.

The facilities consist of the single and double room with adjacent bathroom with shower and bath for exclusive use of the two tenants.

A single room with single bed, build in wardrobe and a chest of draws.

Double bedroom with single bad and two wardrobes.

Wifi internet access included. Other facilities available are use of the kitchen and lounge(shared with owners)as well as the extensive grounds.

There is a visitors’ car park providing secure off street parking for tenants. Garage storage space available if required.
