Double Room available - Wokingham

I have a double furnished room available for £500pcm (with 1 months rent payable as a deposit) The room will be available from 27th February 2017.

It is a ground floor flat on a development in Wokingham, down Molly Millars Lane.

It is within walking distance of train station (10mins), Lidl (1min) and Tescos (10mins). The town centre is also within walking distance.

I have 2 house cats, so would need to be ok with Animals.

Non-smoking/modern home.

Access to washing machine, dishwasher, Sky TV and broadband.

Room has double bed, very large wardrobe, side table, and Tv point.

Shared bathroom with Bath/Shower.

Unfortunately I only have 1 allocated parking space, however most of the flats with more than 1 car use either the visitor spaces, the road, or park in Lidl, which is right next to the flats (and I will leave my permit when away)
