Large room basically center of town with parking

Hi,

My housemate is moving out, so i'm looking for a new housemate.

This is a 2 bedroom house in central Wokingham.

There is on drive parking and a concreted garden out back.

I rent the house from someone in my family and I've been here for a few years now.

I'm an easy-going person looking for similar.

The room is partly furnished (Sorting out a bed for the room now) and there is a large cupboard built in to the room. You will need to provide some sort of drawers if you wish.

The kitchen has just been re-done and there is a large shared bathroom/lounge/dining room.
