Looking for a tenant

Message from my previous tenant

' move out of this lovely home due to changes at work and am looking for a lovely person to take my room.

The house is a cozy two bedroom house, with a garden, kitchen, bathroom, living room with large comfy sofa and two amazing dogs. The new tenant therefore must be a dog lover! But donâ€'t worry, they are well behaved, friendly and love going for walks in the near by fields/woodland area. Your flat mate (who is also the land lady) is easygoing, always makes you feel at home and loves sharing delicious meals.

The room is large and comfortably fits the double bed and a very large cupboard (so loads of storage/hanging space for cloths) plus I also had a small desk which unfortunately I will be taking with me but there is space enough should you want one.

The location is also great! It is an easy 15min walk to the station via a paved pathway that leads to the back of Wokingham station where there are direct trains to take you straight into London or Reading. There is also a good Morrisons just 5 minutes walk from the house so you never need to worry about running out of anything.

It is £500 all bills included, including very fast WIFI. The room is available ASAP so please call Pauline or me (Myrthe) to arrange a viewing. Look forward to hearing from you soon!'
