Room to let in a 3 bedroom house

Hi, myself and my girlfriend own a lovely three bed property in Wokingham, but have recently moved to Putney to be closer to work.

We currently rent out two of three rooms, keeping the third for ourselves (as we may stay over the odd weekend).

One of the current tenants are moving out, which means the master bedroom will be available from the 3rd February.
This room benefits from a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and a very comfortable king size bed.

The second bedroom is occupied by a young male who recently moved to the area and works locally.

That means that the 2 tenants, would have almost sole use of the property, so would never feel crowded.

The property is decorated to a high standard, fully furnished with very comfortable beds, sofa etc, power shower, fibre optic broadband, lovely garden, off street parking, and all kitchen requirements.

All bills included (excl phone).

We are looking for a professional non-smoker, who is easy going and will enjoying living in this very quiet cul-de-sac location.
