The contract is for Mon-Fri only - ok to stay occasional weekends. Short term let for 3-4 months. Ideal for commuters who need a place for weekdays.
Rent includes : TV license, broadband, utilities and council tax, use of shared lounge and kitchen and parking (if needed).
Looking for someone who is respectful, importantly clean and tidy. Currently the House is occupied by myself (during the weekends) and another Mon-Fri working professional. There is plenty of space in this three-storey house.
