Large Double room available in a 3 bedroom end-of-terrace house situated in Wokingham/Finchampstead. The room is available from October 15th.

The house is conveniently located just a 5 minute drive from Wokingham train station. Providing great access to rail travel towards London or Reading. There is a One Stop on Barkham Ride, just a couple of minute’s€™ walk from the house. There are six bus stops along Barkham Ride, providing plenty of travelling options too. There is a local Co-op and post office open until 10pm every day (post office open until 8pm Monday-Saturday).

There are a few local gyms, 1life in Wokingham, Wellington Fitness in Crowthorne and Pulse 8/Nirvana Spa in Winnersh, all accessible in under 10 minutes€™ drive. If you prefer to walk around nature parks, then California Country Park is just a 5 minute walk away too.

The house is well equipped with Netflix, Now TV Sport and fibre optic Broadband. The television in the lounge is a 48inch Samsung Smart 3D TV with a Blu-ray DVD player, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

The kitchen has recently been refurbished, with a new oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher too. In the boiler room is also a new tumble dryer. The kitchen is open plan into the living room, as you can see in the pictures.

The conservatory has double doors that open onto the patio and garden, with a recently acquired Barbeque, chimenea/fire pit and garden furniture.

There are two bathrooms in the house, an upstairs bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet, and a downstairs bathroom with a toilet only.

The bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, one chests of drawers, a bedside table and small storage shelving, as well as a mirror on the wall. I have a mattress and mattress protector but the tenant will need to provide their own bedding.

Beside the house is a communal car park with plenty of parking.

There is plenty of storage space in the house, several storage rooms and a large loft area too.

I am the owner of the house so you will be dealing with me directly, no estate agents involved.

I am the owner, but I only live at the house part of the time. The other housemate is Steph, she’s 26 and she’s an environmental officer. She’s very friendly and in her spare time she likes to go on walks, she does photography and she creates artistic wood-burnings.

I am a 28 year old Motorsport Engineer. My hobbies include spending time with my dog, sports/fitness, and cars. I like to try my hand at cooking and love a chilled out barbeque.
