Double room available on the edge of Maidenhead, close to shops (0. 25 miles) and bus routes, easy motorway access (1 mile). Railway station approximately 2. 5 miles, Heathrow 17 miles. Situated in a quieter area away from the town centre, this is sharing with just the owner of the property, who is easy going, very open minded and friendly. This is not a loud, party area so the room would be best suited to a clean, single professional male aged 30 plus who wants somewhere to chill out and relax. Sorry, no couples. Use of all facilities is included as are utility bills except landline phone (everyone tends to use their mobile these days anyway). Broadband access is also included if required. Furnishings in the room are a standard double bed, small bedside chest of drawers, large chest of drawers, small desk and a large built in double wardrobe. Shift workers are not a problem so long as noise is kept to a minimum when coming and going during antisocial hours. Please note, this is a room for a non-smoker only.
