The house has loads of Off Road Parking and excellent access to A329M, Lower Earley Way & A4 (hence M4 corridor, London, Wokingham, Bracknell, TVP or Green Park) or Walk to Winnersh Triangle Station or Non-Stop Park & Ride to Reading centre/station.

Reading Town Centre is a short drive/taxi away or we are near bus routes which also pass by TVP; but even nearer are the local shops & facilities of Woodley Town Shopping Centre with Waitrose, a French Market & a Farmer's Market, Banks etc.

It’s a spacious house with a huge garden for relaxing, socialising with a BBQ or the garden leads down onto the River Loddon. Dinton Pastures is around the back with the popular George Public House for a drink or eating out in the summer & the Multiscreen Cinema not too far. Sharing with the owner (& my dog, but I'm not currently about much because of work).
