I have a single room available now in my home which is occupied by myself, son and partner. There is a separate bathroom/shower/toilet (NOT EN SUITE) and have full use of the house & garden. We have a gas cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. I am looking for anyone preferably on a long term let but ALL inquiries will be taken into account. We are in easy access of the M4/A329/A4 and local train stations at Earley & Winnersh Triangle are within 10-15 minutes walk. A local shopping centre is 1 mile away and about 4-5 miles from the centre of both Reading and Wokingham and 7 miles from Bracknell. Smokers accepted but only outside, NOT in room.
