Available immediately is a north-east facing double bedroom in a friendly maisonette with shared (and clean) lounge, kitchen and bathroom (shower over bath). The bedroom is unfurnished, but there is a double bedframe in the loft if required. The room includes an airing cupboard that can be used for clothes and belongings, but you might want additional storage space. The lounge and kitchen are already furnished, but without a tumble dryer so a clothes horse would be required. The £525 includes all rents and bills, which include Virgin TV, phone and broadband at 100mb - good for online gaming, Netflix and fast downloads. I'm a male professional working in IT and I want to make the flat a comfortable home. So I would like to rent with a fellow professional who can be equally house proud and enjoys socialising. The room isn't big enough for a couple, but partners are welcome to stay. I have lived in mixed homes, all males houses and was once the sole lad with 5 other ladies. So I have no qualms living with either sex. Providing you like the property, it's important that we also get along, so perhaps a few beers or a bottle of wine at the local pub (The George) would be a good idea? ...
