You will be sharing the house with myself and other professional lodgers. I vet my tenants carefully so to that end, I will need written references, proof of income and proof of identity.

This is a quiet house where we all work long hours and use the house as somewhere to rest and sleep.

The house is ONLY suited for those looking for longer-term accommodation.

No lets less than a year considered. A lodger agreement will be signed and everything is above board, so no cash in hand with rent paid direct to my bank account.
