Double room to rent in a spacious 3 storey townhouse in the centre of Fairford Leys.

Rather than have a detailed list of what I am looking for, I tend to go with someone I can get on with who is reasonably tidy and easy going

The house is a modern spacious townhouse with plenty of room. The communal areas are open plan hand the garden is reasonably big with a large decked area.

Any housemate would share all communal areas of the house - living rooms with TV etc... and 2nd bathroom mostly to themselves (I have my own bathroom). Kitchen is fully fitted with washer / dryer, dishwasher, fridge / freezer etc...

I am pretty easy going and work in London so am out early in the morning to catch the train and usually not back until later. I tend to spend weekends either out or relaxing.

I have 2 boys who stay with me 2 weekends a month.

The boys are 10 and 12 so well past rising early in the mornings when they are there. We have had someone renting for 5 years now so they are used to the rules of living with a housemate.
