The flat is in Hilda Wharf which is a quiet road (no through traffic), and overlooks Vale Park. The flat has it's own allocated parking space which is available to the new flat mate, and has visitor parking also.
I am the live in owner of the flat and I am looking for a second person to take the slightly smaller double bedroom, and to share the rest of the flat on equal terms.
I am away fairly regularly with my work as a dance teacher, and I'll try to keep you informed of when you have the flat to yourself. When I'm around I am quite sociable so I wouldn't expect you to hide in your room.
