One Bedroom Annexe in Period Home
Annexe with sitting room, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with use of a private courtyard. The annexe is converted from a small barn and is tucked away off the High Street in the conservation area of Weedon Village.
The annexe is double glazed and centrally heated. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower and the kitchen is fully fitted with cooker and fridge. Access to a washing machine can be arranged. The sitting room has a sofa, armchair, TV/DVD and dining table.
The annexe is part of our house but has it's own entrance. It is secluded and peaceful.
We are ideally looking for a Mon-Fri let, but are happy to discuss individual requirements.
Weedon is a beautiful rural village with a thriving social scene. The village pub is a stone's throw from the property and serves award-winning food. The Village Hall hosts a varied selection of activities. As Weedon is only 2 miles outside of Aylesbury it is ideal for commuting into town but also good for Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Tring, Leighton Buzzard and Bicester.
All bills are included and the rooms are cleaned once a week.
