I have two double rooms available in a shared five bedroom home. I am looking for clean friendly tenants either students, workers or professionals, I don't accept couples or DSS.

All the rooms are fully furnished with a

The rest of the house is fully furnished with allocated double drawers in the kitchen for each tenant and allocated fridge/freezer space. (Two fridge/freezers are provided)
Washing matching, kettle, toaster etc.
There is also a weekly cleaner to clean all shared areas. kitchen bathrooms etc.
There is also a front and rear garden and a brick built shed for everybody to share. .
The house is located walking distance from Stoke Mandeville Hospital and local amenities.
Bus to town centre takes 10 mins.
I also have two double rooms available located close to Aylesbury College and Oxford House.
5mins walking distance to Aylesbury town centre.
