As titled...

Very small room in 2 bed modern end of terrace house situated within 10 minute walk of town centre.

Room comprises of single bed, built in cupboard with shelving and built in double wardrobe.

All bills included (excluding telephone).

Shared use of kitchen, bathroom and garden. Parking available at back of property. N: B Shared use of lounge during 19:00-07:00 only (Mon-Fri) as I primarily work from home during the day and require this room to work in.

I am looking for a sociable lodger, male or female, who is respectful, tidy, cleans up after themselves, & most of all is honest. I have 3 cats so you must be an animal lover. Heavy drinkers and/or smokers need not apply.

Room let will not suit shift workers as I work at home during the day so this arrangement would not work for me. Would ideally suit someone working a daytime contract in the local area for a few weeks or months.

Will consider a reduced rate for Mon to Fri let.
