Double Room on Berryfields

Berryfield's is located just off the A41 heading out of Aylesbury towards Bicester. As part of the new estate and just 5 minutes’ walk is the new Aylesbury Vale Parkway (Just over an hour in to Marylebone). A good bus service also stops outside the school around the corner, and for those that enjoy walking there are few places in town worth an evening stroll, as well as a new greenway path taking you into Waddesdon.

The room has a double bed with a memory foam mattress and under bed storage, side table, double wardrobe and high chest of drawers for storage, and you would have virtually sole use of the main upstairs bathroom which has a bath and in bath wall shower, as I have an en-suite. However guests may sometimes use this (to be discussed).

Unfortunately the parking space is in front of the garage which is in use, however there are visitor bays around the corner (nearest is 4 houses walk away), so whilst this would suit an individual without a car, and the ad states no parking, it may be worth a look if you do have a car and don’t mind a short walk.

Looking for a professional housemate, happy to consider short term lets, if less than 3 months, weekly rent is possible (£115) instead of monthly, but there would be a final maximum end date for this and references etc. still required. For longer lets I generally agree a 1 month notice period on both sides using the agreement on this site. In both cases a deposit would still be 1 month's rent and payable with the first months/weeks rent upon moving in.
