1 Bedroom in terrace house, Aylesbury town centre

Hi there,

I am seeking a new housemate to fill a vacancy in my place opening up end of January/late February. I am a junior doctor working in Bucks this year. I enjoy cooking a lot and keep a clean kitchen, am often away on weekends and am not very noisy when at home.

Details regarding room:

Fully furnished large single bed room with wardrobe and side table. The room is a good enough size for a bedroom although both rooms in the house are very much 'bed' room size as opposed to larger rooms with space for tables.

Fully furnished terrace house in close proximity to Aylesbury town centre with off street parking available.

The house is very well furnished as the landlord's family used to live here. The living room/dining area has comfortable sofas and a nice wooden dining table + chairs. There is a decent amount of storage space here too.

The oven is a decent brand and works well and there is a fridge/freezer too. The kitchen is a good size and has been great so far.

Bathroom - one bathroom for the house, contains a good shower/bath + toilet.

There is a garden with a table/seats + BBQ. There are also some nice plants growing in it, including a small apple tree.
