I live here part time with a very friendly cat in a nice and quiet neighbourhood of Aylesbury, I'm tidy, quiet and considerate to live with, understanding personal space and privacy especially after a busy day at work.
I'm looking for a female to share with who is like minded, must be working/studying and provide references from a previous landlord.
Situated about 10 minutes drive from Stoke Mandeville hospital, train station and town centre. The house has 3 bedrooms with parking outside or on the drive. Front and back garden with garden furniture.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, side unit and a TV point and over looks the garden.
The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. unit
The other rooms are front room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory and a study that can also be used if needed.
