Lovely big room in new house for Mon - Fri

I am looking to let a large room on the top floor (3rd floor) of my house on a Monday to Friday basis. This would suit a contractor who is working in the Milton Keynes area during the week. As an IT contractor myself for the last 15 years I can fully appreciate the needs of contractors (the need for clear invoices for business expenses). Please do not contact me if you do not meet this requirement as I will not consider a permanent living arrangement or not professional.

There is a brand new kingsize oak bed with a brand new quality matress - very comfortable. The room is large with a window on both sides, has it's own ensuite shower room, which is brand new and unused. There is a large oak wardrobe in the room for you to store your clothes and other belongings. I can put a tub chair in the room if required.

There is a comfortable modern living room on the ground floor and a modern kitchen with all the usual amenities. The house is tastefully furnished and kept clean and tidy. I have no pets. There is plenty of parking available to the front of the house and the area is safe.

The house is situated on Newton Leys, which is a new development just on the back of Bletchley with direct access to A4146 not far from the A5. The location is at the bottom of a crescent and is a nice peaceful location, so there is no traffic or other noise.
