I am a live in landlord, friendly, sociable, with a big interest in F1, history, particularly the 1940s and the RAF, hence why I love living next to Bletchley Park! I have a spare room available which is a large double room that has en-suite access to a Jack & Jill bathroom (full bath/shower, toilet basin, heated towel rail) and a small separate area tucked around the corner that can be used as a small, private living/office area and will be furnished with a flat screen TV

The property is a modern (new build), spacious, top floor, penthouse apartment, situated a few minutes walk from the Bletchley mainline train station to London Euston. There is large shared living/dining area styled with a classic, vintage feel. Large luxurious kitchen with granite work surfaces and high quality appliances (Fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer). Covered balcony, and space for on street parking (there is enough room for everyone but spaces aren't allocated.)

I have a few aquarium bound pets, little turtles, small geckos and fish, nothing to be scared of though!

All bills included which covers Sky HD, Broadband/WiFi, Netflix, council tax and all the other usuals.

All the furniture shown in the bedroom belong to my current flat mate who is a friend of mine and has been living here 2 years. I will be buying furniture to replace it all so it will come fully furnished but won't not look exactly like it does in the photos as I'll probably lay it out a little differently.

Looking for and easy going, friendly and tidy lodger, shared interests a plus!
