About the House:

It’s a 3 bed semi in the Saints Estate, Bletchley. It’s been extended so there is a large kitchen and loads of space downstairs. There’s also a spare storage room downstairs.

The 3rd bedroom has all my spare stuff in and will not be rented, so you will be sharing the entire house with just me!! I’ve also just had the bathroom completely redone.

The house has gas central heating with thermostatic controlled radiators. There is SKY+ HD, 48” 3D TV, fibre optic broadband (approx. 26MBS received at the laptop over wifi!) and landline with free evening and weekend calls. There’s a gas hob and huge fridge / freezer and enough cupboard space to store a small family!!

There is space available in the shed as well if you need to store a bike.

About the Area:

Saints Estate is wonderfully quite, can literally hear a pin-drop at night, with virtually no passing traffic. Conveniently located near to Buckingham Road where you can catch Buses 4, 28, 30, 604, 673 which will take you to Central MK amongst other places.

I drive into CMK daily and in “rush hour” it takes me 20mins door to door. Outside rush hour it’s a 10-15 minute drive.

Bletchley mainline station is a 5 minute drive.

I’m Jake, 28 years old professional working in the oil and gas industry. I like the gym and swimming, socialising and motorsport.

Contract & Deposit:

Min. term - 6 months. Deposit - 1 months rent. Previous letting agent/landlord and employment references required. I would consider mon-fri as well, price can be negotiated for this.
