I have a nice 3-bed house in MK3 that Is becoming a new house share

The middle sized bedroom will be occupied by my 34 year old (gay) stepson with his little Chihuahua. Looking for a compatible housemate for the available room. All bills are included in the rent.

Room 2 - Smallish double - includes double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers

All bedrooms are key lockable.

Shared Facilities
Lounge with comfortable, reclinable seating, Satellite TV and fibre high speed broadband Router. Dining Room with quality table and chairs plus sideboard. Fitted Kitchen comprises gas hob, double electric oven, and fridge. The conservatory accommodates a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer as well as comfortable seating. There is a good size bathroom with a large bath tub and separate shower and also a downstairs cloakroom

The garden is small and easily maintained. There will be a paid gardener to periodically keep it tidy
There is a gas BBQ for shared use.

Looking for a new compatible housemate who is clean, quiet and tidy.

Bedroom 2 is available immediately.
