Delightful d/room in friendly town house to let

Get in touch to come and view my pleasant room with double bed that is vacant now. Right next to it there is a modern shared bathroom. It is on the 2nd floor in my modern town house which is situated very close to the centre of Buckingham. The house is clean and attractively presented.

. On the first floor is a shared well equipped kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave and tv. At the rear of the house on the same floor is the sitting room. It overlooks the small garden which has a patio and seating area.
On the ground floor is a laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer.
Also on this floor is a small study with a desk and Broadband connection, this could be used for studying etc if appropriate.
Parking is available in the private road or in the free car park just across the road.

I am a retired teacher and am looking to supplement my pension so feel my accommodation would suit a mature student or professional person.
My other tenant is a very nice and friendly white male from Slovakia.
We are a quiet and friendly household and would really suit a mature student or someone who requires peace and quiet in a clean and well presented environment.
