Double room in quiet town centre location

This house will suit you if you like character and charm. The room is a light, bright double bedroom. It is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and double clothes rail.

Tucked away in a very peaceful location, but right in centre of town. You can't see the house from the road which is why it's so quiet but I've included a picture of the front of the house. A hidden gem... Shared kitchen with appliances, living room and a bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath. No parking, unfortunately, although I always manage to get a space, but just don't expect to park outside the door, because you can't!

I'm looking for a clean, friendly, professional housemate for short or long term let. Would consider reduced rate for Mon-Fri. I'm not here every day and work throughout the week. Bills are all included and there is a basic Sky TV package and broadband.
