Double room

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside draws, desk, rug, shelf and lamp. Its a good size room that looks out over the back garden.

I'm often away, so you'll then have the place to yourself.

There's unlimited broadband, electric, water.

There's a good size garden and a large field at the end of it.

Parking is in the village square.

No issue with visitors, people staying over - as long as its not every night month on month. There's a sofa bed in the living room which is really comfortable.

Everything is laid back, drama free and simple. This is a home and to become someones home.

Recent tenant has just relocated to America as planned, he's happy to fill you in on how he's found it.
