Hi!
I'm looking for a clean, friendly and considerate housemate to move into a beautiful contemporary 3 bedroom house.

The room available for rent is the master bedroom on the top floor (2nd floor). It comes with a brand new double bed, two closets, a dressing table and a large luxurious en-suite bathroom with power shower.

The property comes with a large living room/dining room, a parking space at the back of the property, a garage and front and rear gardens.

As the house is a new-built property, all the amenities are very new and efficient. We have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, new kitchen with a gas oven, full size fridge/freezer ect. There is also sky+ TV and broadband in the house.

We also have a cleaner coming in every two weekly to do a routine clean. There is a piano in the house, which you are free to play.

The house is 10 mins walking distance to the lovely town centre of Buckingham, which offers trendy coffee shops, restaurants and bars, local butcher, fresh bakery and weekend vegetable/fruit market. Supermarkets (such as Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco, M&S) is also less than 10 mins drive.

It is also an easy 20 mins commute to Central Milton Keynes train station/Bicester by car.
