M40 and M25 are 5 minutes drive away. Perfect for commuting to London, Slough, Watford, Uxbridge or High Wycombe.
Exterior includes large garden and parking space if required. Interior includes large modern kitchen/breakfast room, smallish (cosy) living room + attached large conservatory, study, laundry/shower room, WC and another bathroom.
Looking for respectable and considerate lodger who will treat house as home and will respect others who will be sharing primarily with 4 others (3 female + 1 male). Room available mid August.
Owners in occupation intermittently but are away approx 70% of the time.
