Large Furnished Double Room with Own Kitchen

We have a large, bright and fully furnished double bedroom available. The room has a king sized bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, TV and a double wardrobe. The room is a lovely sunny, bright room, beautifully decorated with central heating, carpet, double glazing and broadband. The room looks out onto a lovely south facing patio which is available for use, with table and chairs.

The room comes with its own kitchen, which is fully fitted with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

There is shared use of a shower room. The shower is a power shower. There is also shared use of a washing machine and drying area.

Within the house we have two lounges, three bathrooms and a total of four toilets. So never a queue!

We live within the boundary of Chartridge, and the house is set in an area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. The house sits on 1/3 of an acre plot with a large back garden, overlooking Asheridge and Bellingdon.

It is a 30 minute walk into Chesham and the train station, but there is a bus stop in front of our drive with a good service during the rush hour, with less frequent buses during the day.

There are many beautiful local walks and there is a shop and pub and golf course in the village.

We have two dogs, a large labradoodle and a lurcher, both very friendly so you must like dogs!

We are a family of four, but our daughter is now away at Uni.
